Complaints, compliments and comments
If you have a comment, compliment or complaint about any aspect of the services we have provided to you, and you wish to give feedback, Adopt London welcomes your views. We aim to resolve any issues you may have as soon as possible.
Complaints procedure
In the first instance, please contact the relevant team manager in the service or team that you have been working with. Please provide your name, email, and telephone number, and your preferred contact method. The manager will contact you to discuss the issue you have raised. We will listen carefully to what you feel has gone wrong and what you think needs to happen to put things right.
If we cannot find a solution quickly, you will have the option to raise a formal complaint, by contacting the Regional Adoption Agency that represents your local authority. We will agree on a plan of investigation and discuss timescales with you. Please contact them directly (using the relevant email address below or use the Contact Us page for the postal addresses) clearly marking the subject matter as ‘Complaint’:

If your comment is adoption related but is not about a service provided by one of the Adopt London Regional Adoption Agencies, we will redirect you to the complaints department of the relevant local authority. If the service you are unhappy about is provided by a local authority outside of our jurisdiction, please contact them directly.
