Adoption Social Workers
Adopt London South is looking for two qualified social workers who have completed their ASYE, with experience in planning for permanence for vulnerable children, and with an interest in developing and honing their skills in the adoption process. Adoption social workers assess and prepare adoptive families to meet the needs of our children who are looking for stable and secure homes to grow and thrive in. There will be opportunities to develop your group work and training skills in preparing adopters to meet the therapeutic needs of children affected by early traumatic events and the experience of loss. The closing date is 17 July 2022. For more information visit Southwark Jobs
Independent Social Workers wanted across Adopt London
Adopt London is looking for Independent Social Workers to assess the right London adopters for London children, reducing waiting times and delays for children. Or you may be interested in working at the other end of adoption, where we have opportunities to work with Adopted Adults providing Schedule 2 services. Adopt London offers fresh up-to-date approaches to Adoption and the best journeys for all our families. Join us at one of three information meetings to find out more, if you would like to benefit from the training available to all Adopt London staff, and add to your continuous professional development by joining an active diverse learning group. Plus enjoy the benefits of working from home, with some face-to-face visits.
Come along to one of our virtual information meetings to meet some of the team managers and let us share with you more detail about the variety of work involved when working for one of our four Regional Adoption Agencies.
The next event is on Fri 1 July, at 12 noon. Book your ticket here via Eventbrite.
