Independent Social Workers
Adopt London is recruiting Independent Social Workers to complete different types of assessments and undertake duties relating to adopted adults.
You will need to be a social worker with at least 3 years post qualifying experience in Children’s services, ideally undertaking in-depth assessments in fields such as Adoption, Fostering, Non-agency or SGOs. Successful candidates will work across one of the four Regional Adoption Agencies Adopt London North, Adopt London East, Adopt London South, or Adopt London West.
You will require an understanding of adoption legislation and an ability to apply regulations to the assessment process. Strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to make sound recommendations on the evidence provided and gathered is essential.
