Job Opportunities
Adopt London West are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker with experience of adoption and an understanding of the potential complex dynamics in these arrangements, to join the Recruitment and Family Finding Team on a full-time permanent contract.
You will be committed to innovative, therapeutically informed practice and be passionate about assuring the best possible outcomes for children and their families, as well as driving forward early permanence for children.
Working closely and supportively with prospective adopters, you will be able to undertake prospective adopter assessments to a high standard and be committed to meeting the required timescales for the approval of prospective adopters. You will then support approved adopters to explore links with children with complex needs and support the matching and transition of children to their care, continuing support of the adopters from placement until the making of an Adoption Order.
